About Alan:

 

My approach to real estate is based on one simple rule: To advise every client as if they were a family member or close friend.

 

My goal is to always provide the best information based on my experience and what I believe will ultimately serve my clients in the best way possible. In a business which I feel isn’t always the most scrupulous, I strive to always serve the best interest of the client first. I would never offer advice I wouldn’t take myself, and would never put my clients in a situation I wouldn’t want to be in. That’s not the way I live my life, so that is not the way I conduct my business. Fortunately, there is room to build a career, even in the honest way.

 

I had the good fortune of beginning my real estate career under one of the top agents in the business. I worked directly under him for a number of years and was able to absorb all his knowledge and make it my own. I maintain a close working relationship with him to this day and coupled with other relationships I've cultivated, I've been able to expand my horizons even more. The knowledge I've attained throughout the years is now your knowledge. Above all, I consider myself a lifelong learner, and continue to strive towards learning more and passing my knowledge onto my clients.

 

On a personal level, I am an avid learner that is constantly seeking for growth in every way possible. I graduated with a degree in Finance and enjoy writing in my spare time. I am currently working on a book and writing a personal blog.

About Bob:

 

Bob is a veteran of the Real Estate industry unlike any other. You will be hard pressed to find someone with more experience, knowledge, and understanding of people. Bob began his career as a listing agent, going to door to door searching for listings. Within a few short years, he worked his way through every single street in Manhattan and built the largest rental listings database for the premier real estate rental company in Manhattan at the time.

 

Bob transitioned into being a Licensed Real Estate Agent and hasn’t looked back since. Using the knowledge he gained from working the streets, Bob is able to provide his clients with an expertise unlike any other.

 

“I’ve been in every building more times than I would care to discuss. I have an intimate knowledge of the city, and that knowledge is now your knowledge” says Bob.  

 

In addition to his knowledge of New York real estate, Bob also has an innate understanding of people. He was born into a military family and as a result, has lived in various parts of the world including Chicago, Florida, Germany, and Japan, among other places. He also served as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War. His exposure to different cultures and life experiences has allowed him to gain an understanding and appreciation of different people, which is vital for a career in a business of helping people.

 

Bob has consistently been a top producing agent and team leader throughout his career with over 8,900 closed real estate transactions to date. He specializes in residential sales, residential rentals, and commercial retail. He has been in the business for over 25 years and has trained over 7,000 agents, many of whom went on to having successful real estate careers.

 

Bob likes to stay active and can be found exploring different parts of this great city on a daily basis. He is an avid golfer and most of all, loves people.
